Frequently asked questions
What does the quoted fare include?
The car, the chauffeur, fuel, VAT, the road tolls along your route, and reasonable rest stops — all in one fare, agreed before you set out. Only parking and any substantial wait or detour are settled with the chauffeur on the day, and we confirm any of those with you first.
Can we stop along the way?
Of course. Tell your chauffeur where and for how long, and a rest stop, a meal, or a short detour is easily arranged. Any change to the route is agreed with you before it affects the fare.
Can the car wait and bring me back?
Yes — choose wait & return when you request the trip. The chauffeur waits at the destination and drives you home the same day, and we price the car's engaged time rather than two separate one-way drives. For a longer trip, choose overnight.
How much luggage can I bring?
Every class carries luggage comfortably; the Van and SUV holds the most, with room for a group's cases. If you are travelling with a great deal, tell us when you book and we will send the right car.
Which destinations do you serve?
Any point-to-point journey in Vietnam that is not an airport run. There is no fixed list — tell us where you are going and your dates, and you will see one all-in fare. Where a route cannot be priced on the spot, we confirm one by hand, usually within 30 minutes.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
The fare is fixed and shown before you reserve, and includes your chauffeur, fuel, VAT, and the road tolls along your route; only parking and any substantial wait or detour are settled directly with your chauffeur on the day. A deposit of about half holds your car, arranged directly with the chauffeur company, who will be in touch on WhatsApp or Zalo; the balance is settled when your journey ends. Plans can change: tell us at any time and we release the booking with the transport partner. Velour holds no money, so anything already arranged with them is settled under their own terms. If the car arrives and is not used, the transport partner charges for the journey.
