This policy explains what information Velour collects when you use our site or book a journey, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to arrange your journey:
- contact details — your name, email address and phone number;
- journey details — pickup and drop-off, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and any notes you add;
- account details — if you create a Velour account, your saved contact details and booking history;
- technical data — basic, aggregated information about how the site is used, to keep it working well.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- arrange and coordinate your journey with the transport partner;
- send you booking confirmations, reminders and updates;
- answer your questions and manage your account;
- meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your journey and contact details with CARVIP Vietnam, our transport partner, and the chauffeur assigned to your journey, so that your booking can be carried out.
We also rely on trusted service providers to run the site — for hosting, storing booking records, and sending email. They process data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your information, and we share it otherwise only where the law requires.
Payment information
Velour does not collect or store card or payment details. All payment is handled directly by the transport partner on their own systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, then remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your account and personal details, where we are not required to keep them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
