Velour began with a simple observation: getting from one place to another in Vietnam rarely felt considered. Fares shifted with demand, arrivals were a guessing game, and the car itself was an afterthought. We thought a journey could be quieter than that.

So we built the service around the things that should never be in question. The price is fixed and quoted before we confirm. The driver speaks English fluently and arrives early. The flight is tracked, so a delay is our concern, not yours. Nothing is improvised at the door.
