Book from four hours to a full day. Your chauffeur and car stay with you for the whole block — there is no rush to the next fare and no meter at the back. Run over by an hour and the rate simply extends, agreed with you first.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes — four hours is the shortest booking, held in whole hours up to ten. For a shorter run, an airport or point-to-point transfer suits better; for more than ten hours, or a multi-day itinerary, we prepare a quote by hand.
What is included in the hourly rate?
The car, the chauffeur, fuel, and the waiting between your stops — all in one rate, fixed before you ride. Tolls, parking, and any substantial wait or detour are the only additions, and we confirm them with you first.
What if I need more hours on the day?
Simply tell your chauffeur. The car stays with you and the rate extends at the same hourly figure, agreed with you before it does — there is no meter and no surprise at the end.
Can I add stops, and will the car wait?
As many as the day needs. Your chauffeur waits outside each stop and is ready the moment you return. Change the order or add a stop as you go; simply give directions and the car follows.
Which areas does hourly hire cover?
Hourly hire starts in Ho Chi Minh City and covers it and the surrounding area. A day trip beyond that is priced as a transfer instead, which we are glad to arrange. If your pickup lies further out, tell us — we will still send a car.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
The rate is shown before you reserve, and includes your chauffeur, fuel, and VAT; only tolls, parking, and any substantial wait or detour are settled directly with your chauffeur on the day. A deposit of about half holds your car, arranged directly with the chauffeur company, who will be in touch on WhatsApp or Zalo; the balance is settled when your journey ends. Plans can change: tell us at any time and we release the booking with the transport partner. Velour holds no money, so anything already arranged with them is settled under their own terms. If the car arrives and is not used, the transport partner charges for the journey.
