Your chauffeur is waiting inside the terminal as you clear customs — name board in hand, ready to take your luggage. No searching the car park, no calls to place. Simply walk out and step in.
02Flight tracking
A delay is never your problem
We follow your flight in real time. Land early or late, and your chauffeur adjusts and waits, at no extra charge. Up to sixty minutes of complimentary wait time is included on every airport ride.
03Door to door
Luggage handled, both ends
Your chauffeur loads every case and sees you to the door — a hotel lobby, an office, or home. The same applies on the way out, with a pickup timed to your departure.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from the moment it leaves. If you land early or late, your chauffeur is already informed and adjusts — up to sixty minutes of wait time is complimentary, and there is no charge for the change.
Where will I meet my chauffeur?
Your chauffeur waits just outside the arrivals hall with a name board bearing your name. Where a terminal is large, we confirm the exact meeting point by message before you land.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. Tell us at booking, or the chauffeur en route — a brief stop for a coffee or an errand is easily arranged. A longer detour may adjust the fare, which we confirm before you set off.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Infant and child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Note the ages when you book, so the right seat is fitted before pickup.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
The fare is fixed and shown before you reserve, and includes your chauffeur, fuel, VAT, and the road tolls along your route; only parking and any substantial wait or detour are settled directly with your chauffeur on the day. A deposit of about half holds your car, arranged directly with the chauffeur company, who will be in touch on WhatsApp or Zalo; the balance is settled when your journey ends. Plans can change: tell us at any time and we release the booking with the transport partner. Velour holds no money, so anything already arranged with them is settled under their own terms. If the car arrives and is not used, the transport partner charges for the journey.
